Adopt A Cop's goal is to improve relations the children and young adults in the community and law enforcement through a trusted partnership fostering Clarity, Trust, Communication and Mutual Respect between the Community, Kids and Law Enforcement.
JP Taravella High Schools hosts an annual Stair Climb event to raise money to help the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation which provides assistance to the surviving families and co-workers of the 343 firefighters who made the ultimate sacrifice on September 11, 2001.
